SENIOR LAYOUT INSPECTOR
We are searching for a Quality Engineer with a minimum of at least five years experience as a layout inspector preferably in a metal stamping environment. .
1.
Must have good command of
ANSI Y 14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
interpretation with practical application for functional gages.
2.
Must have experience
using Brown & Sharp Micro-Hite
3.
Must have working
knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and/or ISO/TS 16949:2002 and/or ISO
13485
4.
Must have strong
knowledge and application of statistical methodologies.
5.
Must be able to interpret
test results, including the clear and effective communication of
these results to skilled tool and die makers and engineering
personnel.
6.
Must have excellent
communication skills - both written and oral.
7.
Intermediate experience
with Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
