Project Management Representative
Okay Industries, Inc is seeking a Project management representative to help plan coordinate and expedite deliveries
for engineering driven program launches. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
The job will consist of creating delivery schedules Via Methods developed thru the Project Management Institute (PMI). This position will also be responsible to
ensure that time lines are met thru monitoring progress. This position will take a lead role in Engineering for instructing and implementing (PMI) Techniques and
practices on a daily basis. This position will report directly to the VP of Engineering and will communicate closely with the customer to develop expectation.
Job Requirements:
PMI certification (must have!)
Self-Driven personality.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
5 plus years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment. Four year degree in Engineering or a Science preferred.
Relationship building skills, peer, upstream (mgmt) and downstream.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Project management experience, understanding of production processes and flow.
Strong organization skills a must.
Required software experience (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Project, Access).
Preferred but not required:
-
Regulated industry experience (Medical Device, Automotive, etc.). Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Validation processes and procedures.

Working knowledge of ISO9000, TS16949, ISO13485

CAD Experience.
